Die vollständigen vom Ideengeber hinterlegten Informationen zu einer Idee werden seitens des Betreibers an den Nutzer freigegeben, sobald dieser den festgelegten Preis per PayPal angewiesen hat und der Betreiber über das sog. Anstoßen der Zahlung von PayPal eine Nachricht erhalten hat.

Since it says 'sogenannte' it would seem a special word is used for this...

neutral  Sebastian Witte: If going about it like this was an option at all, you would put "initiated", I guess, not "activated". I really prefer Ted's approach (-> completely rephrase) tho / OK
