Might it be respiratory or medullary depression?

Explanation:
Not *medullary depression* which refers to respiratory and circulatory impairment due to depression of the medulla oblongata (lower part of the brain stem).

In the treatment of toxoplasmosis, all patients receiving Daraprim should be given a folate supplement to reduce the risk of *bone marrow depression*.
