The equivalent of that Persian expression in "US military English" is:

[1] automatic grenade launcher

or also, simply:

[2] grenade launcher

Such a weapon usually uses a cloth or metallic belt of grenade projectiles linked in sequence to enable continuous firing without reloading of individual rounds.
