Applications wird definiert als
"Applications are the specific type of information entered into the XX System. For the scope of this global performance Vy release, 7 applications have been created:
Near Miss and Safety Observations
Incident Management
- Injury/Illness sub form
- Vehicle Incident sub form
- Spill and Release sub form
Security Incidents
Commentary Drive Checklist
Audits
Be Safe
Risk Assessment
Später folgt dann noch: "For the average user, an application is mostly composed of two parts:
1. The detailed Report Form, where you enter a new report.
2. The Inventory listing, where you search a list of reports which have already been created. This may also be referred to as a List."

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

App (plural Apps, formerly Anwendungen)
Another example: in the German language version of their Creative Cloud software, Adobe even calls the individual programmes/software packages - like InDesign, Lightroom or Photoshop - Apps.
mytaxi - a German company - also uses App, as here: https://de.mytaxi.com/index.html

As a professional photographer, I work almost every day with Lightroom and Photoshop CC on a desktop PC - Adobe calls them apps. http://gallery.leica-users.org/d/404704-2/Apps_screencap.JPG A quick screencap from my desktop as proof.

Discussion
What used to be the Anwendungen folder in XP is now called AppData (also in the German version)
„Teilformulare“.
The second list describes the seven apps that have been created for specific administrative functions in normal business language.
Content of the Incident Management app is listed as being forms.
Sub form= submit Form?
