In the end I decided for business because business means also "attività commerciale".
Ex.: Peter has a business in the centre of the town!
It means that Peter has a shop!
"Place" is another possibility, but how many international visitors would know this fineness?
The same is for "venue"!
"Add stars ..." is nice!
Anyhow I am not allowed to take the final decision!
The export manager will do this!

I wasn't being funny Anusca There is nothing funny about the difference between 40 cents and 4 hundred euro. But we are linguists and we just can't resist the challenge.
However the key question here is who is going to read these posters? Or in other words where are they going up, outside bars in Italy? When you translate, you need to know who is writing and who is reading. A poster to persuade the owners of bars to buy coffee to sell in their bars is a little unusual. You wouldn't expect the owner of a bar to put these posters in their bar. So where are the posters going to be? In Italy, in England, at perhaps an international trade fair?
Come on give us the information we need! You can't do this kind of translation well without knowing tutta la retroscena. Of course if your held back by confidentiality... then do your cash starved client a favour and break it.

Se migliori la qualità dei prodotti o aggiungi per esempio un prodotto bio
migliori la reputazione del locale, fidelizzi i clienti ecc.
conseguentemente avrai un locale di maggior valore e questo...
nel tempo paga, cioè nel tempo ci saranno vantaggi!

Per Philgoddard:
certo il guadagno è importante, ma si tratta anche di offrire una più ampia paletta di prodotti per stabilizzare, fidelizzare ecc.

ma se ci fosse un umbrella term che comprendesse

Si tratta di aggiungere una cosa in più, perché veramente si tratta di caffè bio!

Your questions are very pertinent and you are right when you say they should have engaged an advertising agency!
The problem is that this is still a slack period, also in the food industry, in general!

Two questions. I think that in this case you should post two separate questions. "locale" really needs a discussion or something on its own. The complete (re)phrasing of this in English is also something that needs to be considered on another level as it has a "trans-creational" element to it.

How much are they paying for these four words? 40 cents? They should engage an advertising agency which would pay at least a hundred euro per word. A "translation" won't work, what is needed is an equivalent slogan. A slogan around the brand name often works well. We don't know the brand name. Where are these "locale" who is going to read it? etc etc etc. Is this going on TV?
