The others seem to have forgotten the "u. a." part. It stands for "utan anmerkning" = no abnormal findings.

coronary, pulmonary, abdomen u.a.

Actually, these look like English abbreviations to me. "Cor" would be "coronary" (of or relating to the heart or its blood vessels), "pulm" would be "pulmonary" (of, relating to, or carried on by the lungs) and "abdomen" (the cavity in or area of the body between the chest and pelvis). HTH.
