Between xxxx and xxx, there is not much of a product scope overlap, making the merger a reasonable fit at a high level, with plenty of cross-selling opportunities. Down in the weeds, however, it will be interesting to see how xxx can be adapted to the E2open platform (or vice versa, but much less likely) technically. Is this merger a market share grab or a strategic grab, and if the latter, can they really make it work?
