Das Faszinosum eines Autors, der sich die Sprache und die Kultur eines Landes von aussen aneigne, und dabei alles Hiesige uebertreffe

Was meint man mit "alles Hiesige" hier? Der Autor kann besser schreiben als die lokalen Autoren oder er kennt alles hier besser?

Der Sinn wirkt vage fuer mich. Helfen Sie mir bitte und ich danke Euch im voraus!

alle Hiesigen = everyone from the country (i.e. the authors)
