안착부 appears to mean a site on a machine where something can be attached or affixed, but in sentence 1) it seems more like the commonly used verb "to arrive/reach". For sentence 2), would "seating area" be the best term?

1. Roll 소재를 Sheet로 절단하는 Feeding 시 설비 error로 인해 소재가 끝단 가이드 5mm 앞에서 안착 후, 절단됨(양품 대비 치수 5mm 짧음)

Material is cut after reaching 5 mm in front of the edge guide due to equipment error when feeding the roll material to be cut into sheets (5 mm short compared to a high quality product)

2. Display PCB 안착부 Gap에 따른 좌우 유동 약 0.5 mm 발생

Since "seated part" looks to be the right translation for 2) (as in "There is approx. 0.5 mm of lateral movement along the display PCB seated part gap.), using "becoming seated at" in 1) also achieves consistency for the two translations.
