uracilaemia
I assume from the topic that it means "uracil found in the blood".
There are not many Google hits, but the EMA should be a reliable source:
"...dihydrouracilaemia/uracilaemia ratio (UH2/U) should be included. "

blood uracil level/concentration
Commonly determined by HPLC of plasma, so "plasma uracil..." more frequent.

As Johanna answered earlier, uracil(a)emia is technically correct, but doesn't get hit by Google very often.

I confirm my answer as per note sent to David Sirett:

David Sirett
: uracil is a nucleic acid base, not a nucleic acid, and MIA appears to be metal ion affinity, confidence level 5 seems on the high side.//Your reference does not support your proposed translation.

I noticed that "Uracil" only has been taken under consideration. How do you translate the rest of the word? It can be translated as "URACILEMIA" in English as well.

Thanks, writeaway. In this particular case, I am not sure if the posting is in the glossary yet. It did not show up when I searched for it.
