Type 1 Pectoralis major rupture
The term "pectorante" as applied to anatomy is new to me. My guess is that the term referes to the pectoralis major muscle, quite an ambiguous description, though. However my second guess is that "nivel 1" refers to a type 1 rupture (at a humeral insertion), for a somewhat clearer picture.
My shot: "Right mandible and maxillary agomatic bone dislocation.
Type 1 pectoralis major (muscle) rupture.
Decontraction due to right femur fracture (or crack)"

Well, in the second link I offered appears the term "AGOMATIC COMPLEX" referring to the maxillary bones... I tought it could fit. The only place i found the term though, I must admit. However, the word "agomático" is not such a frequent word in Spanish...

I think they mean
El hueso cigomático
En el contexto, diría que "pectorante" podría ser un typo en alusión a algún hueso (fisura ósea), donde a nivel 1 podría referirse a nivel I (inferior, ¿izquierdo?). Ya has notado el typo grosero de hueso "agomatico" (¿cigomático?), así que no me llamaría la atención otro error grosero equivalente.
También podría referirse a una [fisura/lesión] "¿penetrante?".
En fin, dudas equivalentes tengo también con lo que sigue; ¿¿Descontracturación?? ¿¿Debida a una fisura femoral??
Lo dicho, me temo que el original castellano resulta ilegible (incomprensible) tal cual está planteado.
