Hi all. These comments are by a trainer who has already assessed that the person is quite fit but she now needs to train:
I'm not sure about 'reprendre' in this context. I have this so far: "It's true that it's difficult to find people who can.....and understand how to improve technically in their running.". Any help appreciated. Thank you.

show us what needs to be corrected
it means 'persons who can point to us what the improvement points/areas to work on are'. Also, I think you should keep the first person plural as in the second part of the source sentence.
\"It\'s true that it is difficult to find people who can show us what needs to be corrected and help us understand how to improve our running technique."
\"It\'s true that it is difficult to find people who can show us what needs to be corrected and help us understand how to improve our running technique."
Note from asker:
Thank you very much for the answer - and for the suggestion about the second part of the sentence. That's so helpful and fits the context perfectly. |
