Nesse caso, fico com a sugestão do David. É melhor usar "human" do que "humanized" em inglês, IMO.
Ao atuar representando entidades sindicais de empregados, sempre agiu e executou suas atividades com um olhar humanizado, atenta às necessidades da categoria de empregados representados, demonstrando grande conhecimento do direito do trabalho brasileiro
