Liquidated, fixed-sum debt

In descending order of CL / confidence level, but query of accuracy.

My understanding is that, like a liquidated demand of old in English law, the claim is pre-estimated as a fixed sum.
Example sentence:

IATE: COM pt dívida líquida en liquid debt

The courts have considered the following claims to be a 'debt or liquidate demand': A claim based on a mandate given by a client to an attorney and where the attorney sues for fees and disbursements.
