I realise that "procès-verbal" is in the glossary for "Verbal", but I'm not sure it applies in this context.

agree  Adrian MM.: with 'attestation' - the term of choice of UK civil-law notaries // as an ex- Commissioner for Oaths in E&W, I can see a 'demarkation dispute' with a Notary. Otherwise, in AUT (query: CH), it is possible for a Court Registrar to act as an 'Urkundsperson'.
