What do you think about "can (easily or more than) hold its own..." considering the, let's say, competitive environment?
E.g., "Dollywood, less crowded, less expensive, but can hold its own against Disney."
https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g55270-d777246..."One thing is abundantly clear about Zao Onsen - it is a ski resort that can hold its own against the better known resorts in terms of skiing and snow quality..."
https://stories.powderbyrne.com/stories/2021/4/28/a-tohoku-s..."Lech may hold its own with chic destinations like Aspen, Whistler, St. Moritz and Gstaad, but it manages to feel homey."

As an aside, I agree with you and Allegro to ditch smaragdfarben, which seems to be a marketing ploy anyways.
Türkisfarben would be a more common way to describe the idea of clean, crystal-clear water, but that's not exactly luxurious, thus, emerald green.
Best wishes
