Per il caso in questione comunque visti i suggerimenti, la differenza non si nota, dato che CE è lo stesso acronimo per tutti e e due.
Personalmente non penso che sia marchio CE, e quindi forse è più probabile che faccia riferimento al codice CE, salvo che il codice pero' non c'è scritto.
Comunque Ph. Eur. C.E. sta nella colona "Specifica" e quindi probailmente dovrebbe essere un documento di riferimento, ovvero dei requisiti, descrittivo della sostanza secondo me. Cioè quello è "disodio tetraborato decaidrato" in base ai requisiti cogenti stabiliti nel documento nella colonna a fianco.

Non sono sicurissimo tuttavia di tale interpretazione perche nell'immagine allegata l'acronimo è puntato. Inoltre manca il numero.
