Non-PRO English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

If the matter in dispute is still not resolved by the preceding procedure, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the Parties. Each Party irrevocably and unconditionally waives any object or immunity on grounds of sovereignty of otherwise to the arbitral proceedings.
