Quisiera darle la vuelta a esta última parte, ya que no me parece que "los sistemas estén obligados...", porque son objetos inanimados, ¿no? Por eso, "the systems... are specially bound... etc." me suena extraño.
¿Alguna idea? Gracias :)

I prefer important if you have that much leeway... I agree that systems are not obligated... it's the company's that own the systems.
