y a -t-il un sens particulier pour "according" dans un contexte de compagnies d'assurances. Le terme revient assez souvent dans une lettre, par exemple : "...we have to get your **according** answer until 30.07" ou "to undersign the **according** compensation form" etc...

Je ne pense pas qu'il y ait un terme spécifique, c'est juste un terme souvent utilisé dans ce genre de document formel/légal/etc. pour spécifier un formulaire/proposition/réponse dont on ne connaît pas spécifiquement la nature au moment de la rédaction d'un document.
According = selon une loi, en accord à un règlement, etc.
