1. INSURANCE
1.1 The Tenant shall:

1.1.2 not do or omit anything as a result of which any policy of insurance of the Building or any neighbouring property may become void or voidable or otherwise prejudiced, or the payment of any policy money may be withheld, nor (unless the Tenant has previously notified the Landlord and has paid any increased or additional premium) anything as a result of which any increased insurance or additional premium may become payable;
