Hello, can anyone help me understand subparagraph a)?
Is anything missing here?
The context is the following.

Clause III: Intellectual Property Right (IPR) (...)

Vendor shall take any of the measures listed below:

a) ****Attempt by THE BUYER the end of the right**** to continue using said Equipment and Service.
b) Replace or modify the Equipment and Service in order to not violate applicable laws.
c) Other reasonable measures in accordance with applicable laws.

Faulty text Paula, there´s something wrong with your text but I can´t say where the mistake is. If I were you, I´d ask your client for clarification.

Correct wording - verb missing I think the correct wording should be: "the attempt by somebody to do something"?
Am I wrong?
