In Freiburg müssen neue Wohngebäude in der ***Niedrigbauweise*** errichtet werden. Aber auch in anderen deutschen Städten baut man bereits neue Häuser mit dieser klimafreundlichen Bauweise. Allerdings gibt es einen Nachteil. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass es für Familien, die bauen wollen, zu teuer ist und dass sie es daher vorziehen, nicht mehr in Freiburg zu bauen.

agree Steffen Walter : Strictly speaking, "Niedrigbauweise" is an incorrect (and misleading) short form in this context - "Niedrigenergiebauweise" should always be used.
