returnable packaging Explanation: This is not exactly what you have, but this seems to be how it is being phrased here in the USA. Here it appears that, as we do not have the Duales System, some manufacturers are using returnable packaging that the end user (or the packaging) sends back to them. I do not find anything about the final consumer of the goods having to dispose of it properly. So, perhaps you can bend this term around a bit. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2014-04-01 14:31:24 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- That should have been ...(OF the packaging) ... I need my cup of coffee.... Reference: http://www.surgere.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/AutoLog_Su... Reference: http://rprinc.com/ |

self-take-back system Explanation: Packaging is recovered by the manufacturer and/or distributor, which however, has led to misuse and fraud. See the article "Recycling in Need of Attention"/"Der Patient Gelbe Tonne" for use of the word: http://www.remondis-electrorecycling.de/uploads/tx_3spdfs/RA... http://www.remondis-electrorecycling.de/uploads/tx_3spdfs/RA... |
