So this is just an alternative.

"Mistakes impacting the environmental feasibility of projects" or perhaps more speculatively, "mistakes made in obtaining environmental clearance for projects".

On balance, I'd stick with the first option. After all, "environmental feasibility" and "environmental feasibility studies" are already widely used terms in this context. Other solutions seem to lean in a similar direction as my second option but that's making assumptions, in my opinion. We haven't been given any information that would clearly point us towards a more narrow reading of "Ermöglichung."
