The Swedish printing house Strokirk Landströms is developing from
a craftman's business to an industrial printing plant building on
POLAR's automatic jogging system Autojog.

Finally, the fully-automatic Autojog jogging system and the automatic
Autotrim waste disposal system were decisive for buying the POLAR
system. According to Landströms, about 10 tons of material need to be
cut on average every day. Even with fewer operators the daily output
with the new cutting systems is about three pallets higher. In this connection he also underlined the very positive ergonomic benefit for the
operators when dealing with these vast amounts of paper.

Unlike the smaller 400 series Martin Yale Jogging machine the 4200 includes an adjustable speed feature that allow you to adjust the jogging process to fit the types of materials that you are jogging. This allows you to increase the speed for larger sheet sizes and reduce the speed for smaller sheets and heavier stocks. It is important to try and adjust the speed of the 4200 so that each sheet of paper is vibrating individually as this will yield the best results.

Autojog XT can be combined with a Transomat unloading unit to form an off-line jogging station (AJ-T) which prepares cutting material in stacks or it can be employed in-line in a PACE cutting system (as an Autojog XT AJ-R3).
