L’insaccato est plus précisément une « charcuterie sous boyaux », mais dans le contexte du questionnaire, « salami » est peut-être plus indiqué (la mortadella serait dans ce cas la bonne réponse).

Les références sont très précises en effet, mais dans la logique du questionnaire à traduire, une des réponses doit ne pas correspondre à la définition. Or, la mortadella est souvent considérée comme un saucisson!
