Japanese term
落とし込む
Japanese to English
Marketing
Advertising / Public Relations
Event planning
This appears twice in a document. First, in a description of an upcoming event, it says (staff) shirt colors will be decided upon later, followed by: 現在は仮で、[ホワイト]を落とし込んでおります。 And later, there's a tentative time table, with a note saying: Time Table に関しては、仮構成として落とし込んでおります。
I read the earlier ProZ question on this term, but am not sure if/how any of those answers might fit this case, particularly the first one about the shirts. Suggestions are welcome!

I've used "xxxx" as an example
This is how I would translate this. 落とし込む literally means to "drop in", so you could say "I've dropped in "white" for example purposes/as an example".
Example sentence:
The shirt colours have not yet been decided, but I've dropped in white as an example.
4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.
Comment: "Thanks to all for your suggestions; this one sounded most natural to me (though I didn't use drop in). Thanks!"

Hello Shannon san,
It is a sort of slang or idiom used among the professionals both in public/private sectors.
So the phrases in question may be translated as follows:
現在は仮で、[ホワイト]を落とし込んでおります。
"The white color has been tenatively applied in the content (or printed matter or anything alike) "
Time Table に関しては、仮構成として落とし込んでおります。
"The scheduled events (or the structure of the time table) are tenatively applied"
The tenative contents as appeared in the content are presumably for the sake of its presentation to be appeared as if it was complete as a whole so that the structure or layout of the content could be evaluated, and are subject to change or are yet to be finally set.
I hope this helps you.
