I am translating a paper in which the terms "歯のぐらつき" and "歯の浮いた感じ" both appear as symptoms of periodontal disease.
I have seen both of them translated as "loose teeth" so I am wondering whether "歯の浮いた感じ" has any further nuance that would differentiate it from "歯のぐらつき".

This is not a compact expression, but I think I would describe it like this to my dentist. Loose teeth sounds all right for 歯のぐらつき.
