Anyone know what this means? This is a thesis about art history, and this section is about portraits. Here is the sentence: Erguer este monumento é (re)construir a historia, a partir da eternização de um ou mais individuos, visando uma permanência material do objeto-retrato, aporicamente, rumo ao future.

ἀπορία, romanized to aporíā, lit. 'impasse, difficulty in passage, lack of resources, puzzlement') is a puzzle or state of puzzlement. In rhetoric, it is a declaration of doubt, made for rhetorical purpose and often feigned.
Noun: aporia, adjective: aporical/aporetic, adverb: aporically/aporetically.

You are right. The point is to use the most obscure word possible, even via incorrect reverse engineering.

Aporic
Procurei em um dicionário antigo a definição de aporicamente e vi "aporia" e depois , em inglês, "aporic" .
