As headline, that could do it. For "выход", it's probably just as well to include "from", as in "to escape from", though if the headline needs to be short, it could be dropped. "Solutions" could perhaps be omitted, but if you think it has to stay, then maybe put it up front or add "some".

Explanation:
Dead end does not have an exit - an exit and an entrance is one thing, so, I would discard these words completely as not useful in here. There is an expression exists as " maze of debit", it's principal meaning is equial and could be used to describe financial problems.
