EXPERT STATEMENT MADE TO COURT
Can anybody please tell me what this refers to? I assume that the Ro is "registro", but may be wrong, but I can't work out what the Sa relates to or why it appears to be feminine while Ro appears to be masculine. This is used throughout the document as some kind of number identifying court proceedings or "diligencias". I'm very grateful to anybody who can clarify this for me.

Release/Dispatch Record (number)
In Spanish Rº Sª stands for "Registro de Salida". Many private and public institutions will keep a record of issued or dispatched documents. The Rº Sª number is the number entered in that record for each document. You may also find Rº Eª (Registro de Entrada).
There may be other terms in english though...
