fenómenos de recepción simbólicos
español al inglés
Ciencias sociales
Religión
From a book about Jung's The Red Book:
Es fundamental adelantar que los fenómenos de recepción simbólicos se ven alentados porque las mismas tradiciones manifiestan, en su dinamismo, un sincretismo. Así, la misma figura de Elías, obviamente veterotestamentaria, parece asimilar con el tiempo, caracteres mitraicos.

symbolic phenomena of reception
The correct expression is phenomenon of reception, not reception phenomenon.
This term was created by Carl Jung. Please refer to the link

There are other links below with same expression.

It seems that "reception phenomenon" has a different connotation. Please refer to the below examples:
"Entertainment can be described and experienced as a reception phenomenon. Experiencing it means pleasure, relaxation, diversion, fun, joy, and stimulation. Entertainment is pleasant, restful and exciting. The opposite of entertainment is boredom."

"This reception phenomenon has been with the people for years. They charge their phones and always have it on them yet cannot make or receive calls since there is no reception."

" On the basis
of that, today the reception phenomenon can be understood
as a social, active and dialogical process:
a) Social, because it takes place in the social reality.
b) Active, in movement, because it is cognitive and
reflexive, in so far as it is an act of the production of
meaning in which the receivers and television itself
participate, the latter as a producer of contents,
discourses and cognitions.
c) Dialogical, to the extent that the receivers and television
maintain a permanent interaction of coming and going,
of goals, information, contents and interests, which
exceed the space/time limit of the act of watching TV"

: Jung wrote in German, so you can't say "the correct expression is".

You are right since I do not speak German to tell. However, according to my additional findings (please refer to my notes) we need to be careful as "reception phenomena" has also different connotations which do not represent what the context requires

: No idea what this means, but the previous sentence would probably clarify it.

: your example does not refer to Carl Jung's expression "reception phenomenon" or "phenomenon of reception" :)
