Alle successive ore 22.00 circa, nel rincasare, dopo aver aperto il cancello, mi sono subito accorto che la porta in ferro era stata completamente divelta, mentre la porta in legno si presentava aperta e con evidenti segni di forzatura. Karr does not disclose the adding of the alkaline solution includes adding an alkaline solution including folic acid; however Pajenk discloses a process for the preparation of a fertilizing composition (pg 2, In 1-10) comprising a fossil base- material (pg 3, In 18-20) and folic acid (pg 2 , In 4-5. 35). It would have been obvious to one or skill in the art to include the folic acid, as disclosed by Pajenk , in the process as disclosed by Karr, to provide folic acid as a component of the fertilizer, as folic acid is a known biostimulant (see Pajenk. pg 2, In 31 -38) to influence the development of the plants (pg 2. In 31-38) and provide a synergistic effect (pg 2. In 1-10).
Regarding claim 2, Karr in view of Pajenk discloses the process according to the preceding claim. Karr further discloses wherein in step a) the fossil base material is selected in th e group comprising leonardite, lignite, peat humus. xilite, coal peat, brown coal, or mixtures thereof (para (002 1]; see also Pajenk pg, In 18-20)
