I have my Masters in Spanish and Education from the University of Akron. I also received a minor in French and German from the university. On my own I have studied Italian, Greek and Hebrew, but not yet to a fluent level. French is my next strongest language and I would like to work French-English in the future.

I have taught Spanish at the high school level for five years.

Before attending graduate school I worked in the retail field selling wine and beer.

When I was young I played music, playing the guitar and bass in bands and performing background music at special events. I also worked giving music lessons.

My interests are politics, religion, music, education, gardening, health and alternative medicines, car repair and home maintenance.
