After graduating, I had a series of job experiences that gave me a general knowledge of work experience even if not exactly consistent with my studies and my expectations or ambitions.
Today I am looking for job opportunities that allow me to express my potential whether they are in continuity with the experiences made so far, or rather consistent with my studies.

I am getting started as a freelance translator and therefore I have no professional experience to show you.
I gave private lessons in english and spanish and I have a passion for literature, movies, games and any narrative media.

My unviersitiy studies have centered mainly on Shakespeare, Virginia Woolf, John Milton and others for the english language
As for the spanish, I have studied works like Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes and the anonimous The Life of Lazarillo de Tormes and of His Fortunes and Adversities.

I am confident to perform a competent and professional job in the fields of narrative, comics and gaming at a good price.
I have a good knowledge of narrative, in particular modern literature and the fantasy and scifi genre but even noir, thrillers and detective stories. That gives me a good awareness of how to translate for those genres while preserving the meaning the author meant to give to each term.
Tolkien and Lewis Carroll, Isaac Asimov, H. P. Lovecraft, George R. R. Martin, Robert Jordan, R.A. Salvatore, Terry Brooks, Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman are among my favorite authors.


I have a significant knowledge of the gaming world, from video games to board games and card games.

Video games I have a good knowledge of: World of Warcraft, Diablo, Starcraft, Max Payne, Batman Arkham Asylum and City, the Baldur's Gate series, the Icewind Dale series, Planescape: Torment, Borderlands, Call of Duty series, Doom, Wolfenstein 3D, Quake, Monkey Island series and many others.

Board games (specifically Role Playng Games) and card games: Dungeons & Dragons in all its incarnations, Vampire: the Masquerade, Legend of the five Rings, Cyberpunk, Magic: the Gathering and so on.

I'm also willing to do translation work for television and cinema due to my passion in this field as the courses in my resume can testify.
