I live in France, and I will be in San Francisco starting October the 18th, for 3 months.

I'm studying Philosophy (currently Master's Degree 2) at the University of Nantes. I've written my master's essay (which title could be translated as follow : Anthropology of distinction, in Machiavel, Hobbes, Rousseau) in the field of philosophical anthropology.

I'm working since several years as a Private Teacher, for children, teenagers, and adults, in many subjects (Philosophy, Literature, French, English, Polish, Mathematics, Physics, History...).

I'm also an Activity Leader, within associations and as a freelance, with teenagers and adults, coming from several countries (mainly Swiss Germans, Poles, and Frenchmen).

I've began my activity as an Interpreter in 2004. It was for Stella Maris, an association working in commercial ports. I have dealt with naval officers and sailors from all around the world, using English, Polish, and French languages.

Today, I'm the Main Translator (Polish to French) for the publishing of the works of Bolesław Leśmian, one of the most important Polish poets of the 20th century. I'm doing this job under the supervision of Christophe Jeżewski, a Polish poet also, who is living in Paris, and who has translated many works from Polish literature. As soon as I'll have translated enough of poems (around 100), we we'll publish an anthology, for the first time in France, of Bolesław Leśmian's poetry (probably with the publishing house Gallimard). This is an amazing job, because Bolesław Leśmian is known for having invented many neologisms, which requires me to invent them again in French, while respecting rhymes and quantitative verses.

I'm native in both French and Polish : My parents come from Poland, and I've always lived in France.

I know English from studies, readings, and work activities. I have improved my skills along travels, especially in England. As a matter of fact, I have been several times in York, where my older brother have studied and is teaching Old English (he's has a PhD in Linguistic/Philology). We still have top-level discussions about matters like etymology, in English, French, and Polish languages.

I'm also an author of short stories, novels, essays, scripts, mostly in French.
