Source text - English The family house as a life philosophy in constructed form has always been a bit of a laboratory for investigating and questioning ideas. Therefore, it is no wonder that we owe most architectural icons of the 20th century to precisely this typology. The optimized solution of a family house which will be able to provide individualized private life should respond to some basic requirements, such as: good orientation, at least two-sided illumination, a layout solution which will enable an unhindered flow of space, flexibility, and established contact with the outside world.
Translation - Serbian Porodična kuća, kao životna filozofija u izgrađenoj formi, uvek je bila i neka vrsta laboratorije za istraživanje i preispitivanje ideja. Stoga ne čudi da većinu arhitektonskih ikona 20. veka dugujemo upravo toj tipologiji. Optimizovano rešenje porodične kuće koja će biti u stanju da obezbedi individualizovani privatni život trebalo bi odgovoriti nekim bazičnim zahtevima kao što su: dobra orijentacija, barem dvostrano osvetljenje, takvo rešenjeosnove koje će osigurati nesmetan protok prostora, fleksibilnost, uspostavljanje kontakta sa spoljašnjim svetom.

za različite vtste stepeništa. U okviru ovog dela dat je projekat i konstruktivna razrada jednog
konkretnog spiralnog stepeništa. U trećem delu dat je proračun spiralnog stepeništa.
Translation - English The historical development of spiral stairs and their geometrical characteristic are
presented in this study. Second part of this study consists basic elements for various types of
wooden spiral stairs. The project and technical documentation of one type of wooden spiral
stairs have been analyzed and presented in the second part of this study. The third part of the
study consist mathematical analysis of spiral stairs.
