I was born in Germany. I grew up in Luxembourg. I fluently speak Luxembourgish, English, German and French. I've translate all of these languages, but I now focus on Luxembourgish translations.

I have studied in England (Leeds University), Japan (Gakushuin Joshi Daigaku, Tokyo) and (am still studying in) Germany (FernUniversität in Hagen). I have Bachelor's Degrees in Japanese and in Psychology, and a Master's Degree in East Asian studies and am currently studying for a Master's Degree in Psychology.

I have been translating all kinds of subjects since my first days as a student - translating is my second nature.

But isn't it only words?

Isn't it what is behind the words, that is important?

Isn't our first nature to be human beings, who seek to feel love and warmth and emotion? And who can find comfort, inspiration, knowledge, peace and freedom in the right word at the right time? 

My words will be the warm, good and guiding voice in the readers' heads. This is what I think when I translate.
