Source text - English Scene 41 – The Somersault Cloud bucks Wukong off of him at the foot of the waterfall that leads into Happy Valley. As Wukong climbs back on to his feet he notices that the Chaos Stone has grown brighter and is becoming increasingly hot. Wukong enters the secret passage on the other side of the waterfall and is quick to see that all is not well in Happy Valley when he sees evil bull warriors scattered all over like an occupying force. To make things worse, Wukong sees that his monkey clan has been made into slaves by the bulls. His anger almost erupts when he spots Sien forced to place a bowl of fruit at the foot of a crudely built throne that has replaced his, Bing and his little friend imprisoned in a cage like pet birds and old Tooey being forced to entertain the bulls by dancing for them! Suddenly, Wukong senses something right behind him and in the nick of time, ducks his head to avoid losing it to the Bull Demon King’s sword. The Bull Demon King blows his mighty horn to alert his bull warriors as Wukong hides in the lush forest. The Bull Demon King and his bull warriors circle the valley to drive Wukong out from his hiding spot. Fumbling through his notebook, Wukong finds his transformation 72 spell and transforms into a giant exotic red flower which appears above the treetops and waves hypnotically in the wind. Just as the Bull Demon King and his bull warriors surround the flower, it explodes with hundreds of monkey‐tailed wasps and attacks them. While the Bull Demon King and warriors swats them away, Wukong returns to his original figure and creates a bunch of Monkey King Clones from his hair. The clones surround the Bull Demon King and his warriors and battle one another until the clones get the upper hand. Ultimately, the bull warriors are forced out of Happy Valley by the Monkey King clones as if it were a cattle drive.

Source text - English b. Acceptance Procedure. Developer will evaluate such Modification/Change Request at no additional charge to Customer as soon as possible but not later than five (5) Business Days following Developer's receipt of the Request. Developer's written response shall include a statement of the availability of Developer's personnel and resources, the impact, if any, on the completion date and the change in costs, if any. Should Customer elect to authorize such Request, Customer will, as soon as possible but not later than five (5) Business Days, authorize Developer to perform the requested Modification/Change Request by returning a duly authorized copy of the Request to Developer.
c. Performance. Upon such authorization by Customer of the Modification/Change Request, Developer will commence performance in accordance with such Request immediately. Developer shall not be obligated to perform any additional services in advance of written authorization from Customer.
d. Binding Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, each Modification/Change Request duly authorized in writing by Customer and agreed to by Developer shall be deemed incorporated into and part of the Specification, and each such Request shall constitute a formal amendment to the Specification, and this Agreement, adjusting fees and completion date as finally agreed upon for each authorized Modification/Change Request. In no event shall the Services be deemed altered, amended, enhanced, or otherwise modified except through written authorization by Customer of a Modification/Change Request and acceptance by Developer, all in accordance with this Article 3.

Source text - English A report in the New York Times on Sunday night revealed that Beijing-based DMG Entertainment has made what's described as "a nine-figure investment" in Valiant for feature and television financing. DMG CEO Dan Mintz is quoted in the report as saying that "taking a stake in the last independent massive comic universe is a strategic investment for DMG that will produce movies and TV that are both appealing and relevant to a global audience."
As a result of that investment, Valiant and DMG will develop both movies for release in the U.S. and China, as well as new projects specifically for the Asian market, including "Chinese-language publishing, animation and theme parks, as well as toys and apparel."
Valiant originally launched in 1989, the brainchild of former Marvel Comics editor-in-chief Jim Shooter and creator Bob Layton. Following initial success with series including Harbinger, Rai and Shadowman, the company was sold in 1994 to videogame developer Acclaim Entertainment, which went itself bankrupt in 2004. Three years later, Valiant was relaunched as Valiant Entertainment following its purchase by Dinesh Shamdasani and Jason Kothari, and resumed publication of its comic line in 2012.
If Valiant's business model of tightly controlling the comic books and movie versions of its characters seems to borrow from Marvel's way of doing things, that's no accident; former Marvel chief executive Peter Cuneo is the current chairman of the company and has gone on the record with his intent to transform the publisher into "Marvel 2.0." Marvel's current movie success, it might be worth mentioning, started with its own nine-figure funding in 2005.
