I am a dedicated English - French translator with six years of experience in professional and scientific communities. Currently, I hold the position of Senior Translator at the National Gendarmerie of Cameroon in Yaoundé. Fluent in both French and English, with French as my mother tongue, I possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision in my work.
Throughout my career, I have undertaken various translation projects spanning pharmaceutical, medical, engineering, digital industry, legal, and information technology fields. From translating novels to technical documents, I have accumulated substantial experience and honed my skills to deliver accurate and high-quality translations consistently.
In addition to my professional work, I also engage in extraprofessional activities, serving as a senior translator at the National Gendarmerie since 2021. This role allows me to contribute my expertise to the public sector, further expanding my horizons and impact within the translation field.
My academic background includes a Master of Arts in Translation from the Higher Institute of Translation and Interpretation, providing me with a solid foundation in translation theory and practice. Outside of work, I find enjoyment in tourism, cooking, and cultural activities. I actively participate in my community, serving on the city's cultural awareness committee and assisting in the planning of annual celebrations and events.
