Source text - German Gegenstand der Untersuchung
1. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Untersuchung sind zwei Sachverhaltskomplexe. Der ers- te Komplex umschliesst den Schweizerischen Grosshandelsverband der Sanitären Branche SGVSB/Union Suisse des Grossistes de la Branche Sanitaire USGBS (in der Folge: SGVSB) und seine Mitglieder. Der zweite Sachverhaltskomplex betrifft den SGVSB, seine Mitglieder und die nicht dem SGVSB angehörende Sanitas Troesch AG.
2. Dementsprechend soll die Untersuchung einerseits zeigen, ob die Mitglieder des SGVSB mit Hilfe des SGVSB den Wettbewerb – insbesondere Preiswettbewerb – unterei- nander durch Abreden beseitigt oder wesentlich beeinträchtigt haben. Andererseits zielt die Untersuchung auf die Klärung der Frage, ob die SGVSB-Mitglieder unter Mithilfe des SGVSB und zusammen mit dem Nichtverbandsmitglied Sanitas Troesch AG den gegenseitigen Wettbewerb – insbesondere Preiswettbewerb – untereinander beseitigt oder erheblich bein- trächtigt haben. Die Untersuchung umfasst das Wettbewerbsverhalten der Verfahrenspartei- en auf dem Markt für Sanitärgrosshandel.

3. Die Bringhen AG (nachfolgend: Bringhen) wurde 1959 in Visp (VS) als Familienunter- nehmen gegründet. Seit 1983 expandierte das Unternehmen seine Tätigkeit ausserhalb des Kantons Wallis und verfügt mittlerweile über insgesamt zehn Niederlassungen in den Kanto- nen Wallis, Waadt, Genf, Freiburg, Bern und Zürich. Die Bringhen Gruppe umfasst nebst der Bringhen AG auch noch die Santag AG, die Sanval SA, die Sanibat SA, die Saneo SA, die Crea Ceram SA, die Arte Matto Sàrl und die Creasan AG. Die Bringhen Gruppe betreibt ne- ben dem Handel mit Sanitärprodukten die Geschäftsbereiche Fliesen und Natursteine, Holz und Parkett, Küchen sowie Baumaterial.1 Das Unternehmen erwirtschaftete 2012 einen Um- satz von CHF […]2 und verfügt im Handel mit Sanitärprodukten über ca. 4. In der Folge werden in alphabetischer Reihenfolge die einzelnen Untersuchungsadressaten kurz vorgestellt. Anschliessend erfolgt eine Darstellung des Verbands, wobei die Geschichte und der Zweck des Verbands, die Verbandsorgane und deren Beschlusspraxis so- wie dessen wirtschaftliche Tätigkeit einzeln aufgezeigt werden. Schliesslich wird der Verfah- rensablauf geschildert.

1. Deux entités complexes constituent l’objet de la présente étude : La première entité est constituée de l’Union Suisse des Grossistes de la Branche Sanitaire (USGBS) et de ses membres. La seconde est composée de l’USGBS, ses membres et de la Sanitas Troesch S.A. non-membre de l’USGBS.
2. L’étude s’attèlera donc d’une part, à découvrir si les membres de l’USGBS ont, sous couvert de cet Union, par une entente mutuelle, considérablement entravé ou tout simplement mis un terme à la concurrence, notamment celle concernant les prix. D’autre part, l’étude aura pour but de répondre à la question de savoir si les membres de l’USGBS aidés par celle-ci, et la complicité de la Sanitas Troesch SA, une entreprise non-membre de l’Union, ont considérablement entravé ou mis un terme à toute forme de concurrence mutuelle. L’étude traite du comportement concurrentiel des parties impliquées sur le marché de la vente en gros des sanitaires.

3. Le groupe Bringhen S.A. (Bringhen) a été créée en 1959 à Viège en tant qu’ entreprise familiale. Depuis 1983, l’entreprise est présente au-delà des frontières du canton du Valais, et compte aussi dix succursales reparties sur les cantons du Valais, de Vaud, de Genève, de Fribourg et de Zurich. En plus de Bringhen S.A., le Groupe Bringhen possède également la Santag S.A., la Sanval S.A., la Sanibat S.A., la Saneo S.A., la Crea Ceram S.A., la Arte Matto SARL et la Creasan S.A. 4. Nous commencerons tout d’abord par une présentation brève et alphabétique des différentes entités à l’étude. Ensuite, nous présenterons l’Union, son histoire et ses objectifs entre autres, ses différents organes, leurs décisions antérieures ainsi que leur activité économique. Enfin, nous décrirons clairement le procédé employé.

My name is Gladstone Wotoh and I was born in Lome on 21/03/1994.
I am a holder of a B.A. in bilingual letters (French, English)
obtained from the University of Buea. In November 2017, I graduated from
the Advanced School of Translators and Interpreters (ASTI) in the University of
Buea. In my thesis, I worked on titles in translation. The
title of the thesis is: Evaluation de la traduction (anglais-français; anglais-éwé) des titres des "réveillez-vous!" et "la tour de garde". After my Masters' in Translation, I enrolled in a Masters' in Interpretation in the Pan-African University of Translation and Interpretation, and I will be graduating in october 2019. It is also important to pinpoint the fact that while I entered University, I continued my German courses in a linguistic center of the south-west region of Cameroon. Since I had a "Baccalauréat A4 Allemand" and I have also added Spanish to my language combination in the same School.
Over the past four years, I have been working as a freelance translator and i
have participated in many translation projects which i cannot exhaustively list
here. I have been working mostly with EBID (ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development), direct clients from Cameroon and Togo but also
with other organizations like BOAD (Banque Ouest Africaine de Developpement), Ecobank, African Biofuel and Renewable Energy Company (ABREC), ASKY Airlines, the University of Buea, Mercy Ships and many others.
Besides these translation activities, I have also interpreted for EBID (ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development) and Ecobank.
The areas I have translated in include Computer training in general,
engineering, bidding documents, IT, marketing and communication documents, user
manuals for DVDs, TVs, amplifiers and related equipment, etc. I use CAT Tools
such as: SDL Trados 2015, Wordfast Pro 3, Memsource and Across. Quality and professionalism are my motto.
My hobbys are: reading, football, games and travelling.
