Hi,

My name is Alejandra. I'm a native Spanish speaker but I've also been reading, writing and speaking English my whole life. I have started learning English when I was a little child, I was five years old when I started with a few easy words and I became an English teacher when I was sixteen. Since then, I have never stopped speaking English. More than 50 years talking both.

My professional background is in Social Science because I'm a sociologist, but I'm also a bilingual librarian. At present I'm working at the National Library providing services -translations most of the time- to the foreign researches who come to the Library. I have been serving as a bilingual librarian since 10 years now.

Many of the papers I was asked to translate where published in academic journals, like Louk Hulsman's papers, the famous Dutch Jurist, who was the most important person in the field of Criminology and Abolitionism
