Scandinavian agencies are willing to pay 50% more than UK agencies...


Sorry, Chris,
My prespective from the "southern hemisphere" is that the prices are generally so much better in Europe than they are in Brazil, that people in the UK, Germany, etc. would not even have to look for service abroad. It's a wrong impression due to a lousy local market condition.
