The Directorate-General for Translation is organising a conference to present the results of the Study on the size of the language industry in the EU, carried out earlier this year, which is also published in full on the DGT website. The Directorate-General for Translation is organising a conference to present the results of the Study on the size of the language industry in the EU, carried out earlier this year, which is also published in full on the DGT website. The conference will take place on 27 November 2009 in Brussels : the morning session will be devoted to the presentation of the study and the afternoon to a round table on languages and the economy, both followed by a discussion (please see the attached programme and executive summary).
