How can I translate efficiently with the help of Trados tools?
Do you have any tips or tools to recommend?

To me it sounds like you are refering to Trados Studio, which is a CAT tool in itself. So I would understand it as using Trados Studio as the tool in question.

If you have no experience with Trados, I would suggest you look at videos on the use of Studio in Youtube for instance, or a general video on the use of CAT tools. (CAT = Computer Assisted Translation, in case you don't know the abbreviation.)
