Hi all
My knowledge of Trados is only basic (i.e. how to complete projects using it) so please forgive me if this is an obvious question.
I've been sent a project package with a really useful TM included by one customer. I'd like to extract this TM and use it in future projects.
Although I can see/search the full contents of the TM when going through the specific project in question, I can't see the TM in the translation memories or editor section at all. Am I to assume it would be impossible to extract it and I'd have to ask the customer for a separate copy? Or is there another reason I'm not seeing it?

Go to the Projects view, find the respective package name, look for the Location column and right-click on the respective row. Click on Open Project Folder and a new window opens. The folder labeled Tm contains the TM you are looking for.
