1.1. Party 3 undertakes: to perform in good faith the legal and factual actions aimed at the implementation of business projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Baltic countries, on behalf of Parties 1 and 2, for a fee.
1.2. In proper time to transfer to Parties 1.2 the information obtained in the course of execution of the Agreement.
1.3. Party 3, in the course of its activities for the implementation of this agreement, is obliged to ensure compliance with the legislation governing the activities of commercial organizations according to the required profile in the country of implementation.
1.4. Party 3 performs legal and factual actions, included in its duties under Agreement, by power of attorney issued to him.
1.5. Party 3 is obliged to arrange with the Parties 1 and 2 in advance about the recovery of expenses incurred by Party 3 discharging obligations under Agreement.
Notification of recovery of expenses should be sent in written form to e-mail of authorized person assigned in accordance with p. 2.7., 7 working days before.
1.6. Parties 1,2 undertake: not to involve third parties in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Baltic countries during the period of the Agreement for a full or partial implementation of the subject of the Agreement, in accordance with p. 1.1. without written prior approval and consent of all Parties.

Уведомление о возмещении издержек отправляется в письменном виде на электронную почту уполномоченного лица, назначенного в соответствии с пунктом 2.7. за 7 рабочих дней.
1.6. Стороны 1,2 обязуются: Без письменного предварительного согласования и согласия всех сторон не привлекать третьих лиц на территории Республики Казахстан и Прибалтики в период действия Договора для полной или частичной реализации предмета Договора, в соответствии с п.1.1.
