One of the activities on the programme for this forum. I have a problem with the Spanish original here. I think it sounds strange and am not sure how to put this in English. "Round Table with Key (representatives of the) media" ? I think that might be off too. I'm sure this should be simple!

That should've read: "shoot himself/herself".

Explanation:
Although I have serious doubts about the british character of the "roundtable" term, I believe the key here is in the "Grandes medios de comunicación". As I see it, that refers to the big media conglomerates: News Corp., AOL Time Warner, etc...

"Corporate media" is the most common term I have seen, at least in US news. "Big media", well, I've also seen it a couple of times.

Asker: "Roundtable" or "Round table" is fine for the UK. I think you're right, this is about involving the biggest people they can possibly find for the conference (it's going to be within Andalucia and at short notice, so fingers crossed for them). It is, as you say the word "grandes" that's getting me. I added a note as I don't think I had made that very clear really. Thanks for your input, definitely on the track, as usual. :)
