: In its EN sense at least, 'mixed grill' is a much more complete dish than just the grilled meat, so I'd be reluctant to use it (with that meaning) here.

Here it means different meats and cuts grilled and served together; if it's "game" it wuld be different cuts and types of game; I don't see the problem.
